Session 2 - Spring
Spring is the season of new life, blossoming, creation, exuberance! It's associated with the direction of the East and the rising sun and the element of air - the breath of life, a season of new beginnings. It's also focused on the mind and what we know.
In the spring season, we'll focus on a re-creation of your story. How do you see yourself? What character are you? What role do you play? Who are your allies? Does your story serve you or are you listening to old stories, passed down through generations, that no longer serve you and LIFE? Be empowered as the author of your life story!
While you're recreating yourself, we'll focus on herbs that nourish and cleanse in Online Herbal Spring Blossoming.
